Dr. Casey specializes in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma recovery. Dr. Casey particularly enjoys working with teens and young adults, including college and graduate students. Dr. Casey works with many clients experiencing anxiety and challenges with perfectionism. She also works with individuals struggling with relationship or intimacy challenges.
Dr. Casey also has extensive experience with complex trauma; with these clients, she values her ability to create a supportive relationship where clients can feel safe and begin to heal.
